We invite you to come grow with us and make Redwood Falls your business’s next address! With a history of aggressive economic development, Redwood Falls is a member of the Redwood Area Development Corporation, a multi-city regional agency working on all facets of economic development. The Redwood Falls Port Authority, as the City’s economic development arm, consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor and City Council. The Port Authority is responsible for planning, guiding, directing, and implementing the city’s overall economic development plan. It also operates a revolving loan program which assists with business start-ups and expansions and brings together a wide variety of resources specifically tailored to help all types of businesses through several business assistance programs. Having identified the need to develop property for future business growth and expansion, the Port Authority developed the Ponderosa Business Park and currently has land available for new commercial and industrial development.
